Now that you’ve secured your subscription we’ll create a project for you in Asana, our project management application, and invite you to the project. Be on the lookout for that email invitation.

Once you are in the system you can add requests to your project using this form for each request:

Once your request has been added to the main queue, we will review your submission and add it to your private Asana Project queue. From there we will handle them in the order they are received.

Note: Most requests are created and submitted for review the first business day following the day of submission, though some requests will naturally take longer than others, for example a new landing page or presentation deck versus a social graphic or website content update. 

Your subscription allows for either 1 request at a time or 2 requests at a time. You can add as many requests to the queue as you’d like, and they will be handled according to your subscription level.

Here is the turnaround time you can expect for various requests:

1 Day:
Website design edit (carousel creation, section addition, new page, new forms)
Website graphic (hero images, post images)
Website content edit (new post content, copy edits)
Digital ad graphic
Social media graphic

1-3 Days depending on complexity:
New landing page
Email campaign creation
Graphic design for print
Presentation graphics
Print flyers and mailers
Tradeshow banners and billboards
Revisions to submitted work
