We use Asana to manage workflow. Once your subscription is active, we will give you access to Asana where you can request any design you like by simply submitting a short form where you describe the project, provide any assets you already have, and clicking the submit button. We'll take it from there.

Our design process is most efficient and we can deliver your requests more quickly if you provide a clear vision for what you need. Provide a detailed description of the asset you need and upload any graphic elements that you can to help us complete the process.

Don't worry. We will revise the design as many times as needed for you to be happy with the result. That's a promise.

We do not. We believe in our services and feel confident that you will get the appropriate value if even for just a single month.

A full-time designer comes with a price tag well over $100,000 a year when you include staff costs like taxes, health insurance, 401K, and paid leave. You have to pay your employees even if you don't have enough work at the time to fill their schedule. With a Next Drop Design subscription you can pause or cancel anytime. No need to pay when you don't need us. We'll be here when you do.

No worries. You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime. If you have requests in the queue, we will continue to work through those even if you don't add any new ones as long as your subscription is active.

Absolutely. You can upgrade from one request at a time to two requests at a time (or vice versa) anytime you like. Just let us know and we'll make it happen.

You just let us know when you want to change your subscription and we'll do the rest. Your existing subscription will continue until the end of the period and then the new subscription will start with the new pricing.

Next Drop Design is a two person design team. Every request you make will be completed by the two of us. We've worked together since 2001 and we're pretty damn good at what we do.

Depending on the task, we may use Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Spark, or Canva. Video work is usually crafted in Davinci Resolve. If you need a specific program compatibility, let us know.
